Kingan Gardens Wedding, Tucson Arizona

This past weekend I was honored to celebrate with Jacqueline & Charlie at their elegant and fun Kingan Gardens wedding. The day was perfect, just like how Jacqi and Charlie are together. They literally have known each other forever. They were introduced as babies by their parents and as the saying goes, the rest was history. The day started with Mimosas while Jacqueline and her girls were getting ready in the carriage house of Kingan Gardens. While they were getting primped and pampered, loved ones helped by creating cute signs and gifts for guests. Charlie and his boys were also at Kingan Gardens getting spiffed up for the big day too. It is rumored that Charlie cheated on his PS4 and played Xbox instead while enjoying some pre-wedding cocktails with his friends.

The couples first look was amazing and reminded me yet again why first looks are my favorite part of wedding days. Charlie and Jacqueline tied the knot with a simple and sweet ceremony at sundown. After all the formal photos were complete they enjoyed cocktails, dinner, and dancing with their loved ones.  Kingan Gardens was the perfect setting for this sweet couple and I wish them all the best in their new lives together.

From the Bride

My advice for future Brides is to put out all decor and help your vendors in any way you can before you get dressed and ready because once you’re ready, you can’t really leave to go put out centerpieces. Also, write down songs months in advance, anytime you like a song, write it down. Music is the main thing at the wedding, you want people to dance.

I’m not a planner at all. My favorite part of the process was creating the Save the Dates and Invitations. I would describe my wedding as simple, classy, and fun.  I turned to Pinterest for all my wedding inspiration needs!

I chose Kingan Gardens because my sister actually got married at the same venue.  We had worked with the owner prior, she’s a miracle worker. She was having renovations done at the venue so I didn’t think it would be too similar, which was nice.
