Alex and Maria got married this past Saturday with an intimate wedding at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church. They came from Houston, and I’m pretty sure they brought all that rain we got with them. They chose St. Maria Goretti for their wedding because they fell in love with the Architecture and it is a beautiful space to be sure! Maria did an amazing job of turning all her wedding ideas into an amazing reality.

They planned an intimate dinner at The Henry in Scottsdale for their family and friends to celebrate. I had never been there before, but I will be going back for sure in the near future. Maria made all her own flower arrangements and designed the tablescapes as well. One of the cutest elements was the Jinga pieces that they used as a guest book- sorta. Guests wrote advice, poems, and doodled on the wooden blocks for Alex and Maria to enjoy for years to come. We did endure the raindrops to get some super cute couple photos under the umbrella but we were also thankful the sun did tease us and peek out a little later in the day.
